These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the North Bay Roofing Co website and our roofing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

North Bay Roofing Co provides residential and commercial roofing services in the metro North Bay, California area. All services are subject to a written estimate or contract that specifies scope of work, materials, pricing, and timeline.

ESTIMATES AND PRICING

• All estimates are free and provided without obligation
• Estimates are valid for 60 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may change if hidden damage is discovered during work (we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding)
• Payment terms are specified in the project contract

WARRANTIES

• North Bay Roofing Co provides a 25-year workmanship warranty on full roof replacements
• Roof repairs carry a 5-year workmanship warranty
• Manufacturer material warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms
• Warranties are transferable to new homeowners for the remaining warranty period
• Warranty is void if the roof is modified by another contractor without our written approval

INSURANCE CLAIMS

When we assist with insurance claims, we act as your roofing contractor — not your insurance representative. We provide documentation and support, but the insurance company makes all coverage decisions. We are not responsible for claim denials or underpayments by your insurance carrier.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, North Bay Roofing Co's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

LICENSING

North Bay Roofing Co is licensed by the State of California (General Contractor License #CA-1045680) and maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, California.
